Eagle Eye - MF or DF get the equivalent of Ball Hawk skill (legendary) as a passive.
System Glitch - Proc chance (25%) to select a random action with decreased success chances (-10%)

Player 2 (Practice Teams) are now strong based on tier team is playing in. Game UI still shows level 1 (that should be fixed in the next update) but practice teams will use team tier to determine stats.
Min level card requirements for tiers has been implemented as per ranked. For example if min card combine requirement for a tier is star level 5 and the team being played has star level 3 cards on average (starting lineup and subs only), they will receive only 60% (3/5) of the rewards (GLX, Pass Points & XP). For now the relation is linear. This may be updated to an exponential curve in future.
Promo Card combine numbers are activated.
Market min listed price (0.25$) has been reduced to (0.01$). Listing an asset on the market at a very low price carries the risk of incurring a higher percentage in market transaction fees higher than 5%. By choosing to list at a reduced price, users should be aware that the resulting transaction fee percentage may be elevated.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug in matchmaking where no match was found at the end of timer.
Fixed Matchmaking to allow only 1 game per account. That means if a game is in progress, matchmaking will not allow a new game until the game has ended. This should also fix cases where multiple matches could be played which being in a match
Fixed a bug with validator pagination and it is enabled again.
Ranked Updates
Updated GLX staking multiplier to take a max rating of 4000, if rating is more than 4000. This would fix rewards decreasing when moving further 4000 rating points.
Updated how bonuses were implemented. Teams with GF cards should get more rewards than RF teams if the rest of the parameters are the same.
Update the probability calculation for ranked to be more fair and closer to match results probability when teams being matched had more than 800 rating points.
Removed the update where -ve rating change was limited. This was introduced to allow teams to move up easily. Rating inflation from practice matches has already made it easy to move up, and with probability calculation changes it should be more fair for high rated teams. SO this change is no longer needed.
